Hi, no, i mean the OneDrive service on the Web, something on the backend of OneDrive is messed up.
Not the store app - as you say it's useless 😉
I've tried everything with no success - moving to other cloud is a no go right now - we also use and need the Office Apps...
You can easily see if the shared folders are working, because the folders size shows on OneDrive Web. If it's a shortcut you won't see the folders size.
However I noticed something on OneDrive Web (i'm using portuguese language so i will try to translate the buttons):
Shared folders working: The main account shares folders for 2 other accounts and has "Add new" button and "Search" on options. The two accounts that receive the shared folders have "Create or upload" button on one account and "New and upload" button on other account and both accounts have "Search" on options.
Shared folders NOT working: The main account that shares folders for several accounts has "New and upload" button and "Search" on options. One of the accounts that receive the shared folders have "Add new" button but NO "Search" on options. Other account has "Create or upload" button but NO "Search" on options.
The other accounts that shared folders are working have different buttons like "Add new", "Create or upload" or "New and upload", and they ALL HAVE "Search" on options!!
I've seen some pictures stating that having "Search" on options is the OLD version, but maybe it's the other way, and having "search" on options is the NEW version?
So i think the buttons don't mean much - whats important for the shared folders to work is having the "Search" on options of OneDrive Web.
Can someone check and test this?
Although it doesn't mean much, maybe someone watching the forum can report this to Microsoft...
