Good morning. I'm am just realizing that I'm still getting charged for this. I received an email years ago to update my billing info and I never did. Trying to figure out how you were able to still charge my card?

I want my $16.99 subscription cancelled and a refund.
I did not want this subscription nor did I approve for the payment of this. I would like my refund a.s.a.p.
I'm unsure of how to refund an Xbox subscription for this email account that I did not authorize that has been billing me along side my OWN Game Pass on my actual account, so I have been charged twice a month for Ultimate with no way to ask for a refund. I have managed to cancel the subscription, but that's over $200 in charges this year alone that I DID NOT APPROVE.
