    Pls end the this subscription and I want a refund for this.

    Hello there , I have accidentally set up a subscription on my laptop while I was setting it up . And it took a payment of 79 pounds I had no interest in signing up because I didn’t need to use any of the services. Please I would like a refund of 79 as i mistakenly subscribed and I have not used anything on there . The email I used when signing up was

    I was working in PowerPoint, trying to download a picture. I got a message that I could access the full library wiwth a subscription, so I set up a monthly subscription. I later went into my Microsoft 365 account and realized that last montyh I had aleady renewed my subscription with an annual payment. I cancelled the new, monthly subscription and woul likethe payment already submitted to PayPal refunded. I would also liketo know why I was not recognized as a subcriber when I was in PowerPoint. Thank you.

    I was on the yearly family plan for 79.99 which was coming up for renewal. I changed it to the personal monthly subscription. 79.99 has just come out of my account!! As well as the monthly personal. I want a refund now.
