Good morning. I'm am just realizing that I'm still getting charged for this. I received an email years ago to update my billing info and I never did. Trying to figure out how you were able to still charge my card?
I did not authorize this charge for this subscription was canceled on the first day of the free trail period. Ive reported this to my bank.
I have requested cancellation from before and today I wake up to my money coming out my account even though I requested cancellation
I have paid £79.99 even though I requested cancellation so therefore please refund me immediately.
