I can't install my work MS365 on my Iphone 15

I am having a problem using my work account on my new iPhone 15. I was able to use my account on my old iPhone

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | Other | iOS

    You install OneDrive, Word etc via tha App Store associate with the MS Account
