Hi Claus,

If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Enable 2FA

Fiz todo possível, alterei senha, vinculei o acesso ao authenticator, mas ainda permanece um acesso, de fora do Brasil, que não reconheço. Arábia Saudita. Pedi a senha a muitos aplicativos e fui lesado finaceiramente por causa desse acesso que não foi meu.

Wth happened to Microsoft?? Late last year account was hacked. Hacker added their phone number and device. They have Xbox tied to act somehow so anytime try to pay to add storage there's an issue. Of trying to steal money from bank card. I have 2sv Turned on. Microsoft makes too much money for security to be this weak.

I did!

Step by step, like your answer offers, but a few days left and he/she/it was back again.

Day by day by day i try to get back and save my personal Informations and my email adresses.

The 1st one is so close connected with my life over 30 years now and its gone. For me a tragedy because i used it the half time of my life and i used it for contacts worldwide in private ways and for buisness of course too...and now everything is gone with an Anti-Malware Package offered by my network provider.

I paid for it every month. Horrible!

Anyway, thanks for trying to help me!
