If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:
Change Password
Enable 2FA
If you cannot login I would recommend using the account recovery form:

I had received email stating my account had been hacked and requested for money. My account also seemed to be unusual. My past emails were not loaded. Only left with a few emails. Pls help.
