Hi Claus,

If you believe it to be hacked, I would recommend changing your password and enabling 2FA:

Change Password

Enable 2FA

Hi Jakub,
I got in contact with the Microsoft support team and I got this response. Try this out and see if this works for you :
1. Open an email (any email in inbox), click three dots (...) next to reply/forward icon.
2. Select "Get Add-ins".
3. Type "Email recovery" on the search box. Wait for the result and click "Add" button then close the page by clicking the X button at the upper-right of the page.
4. Open an email (any email in inbox), click three dots (...) next to reply/forward icon and select Email Recovery.
5. Run the Email Recovery add-in on "Recoverable Items" and "Purges".
6. It will create a separate folder for each in your folders list. Check for the emails that you are looking for.
7. Refresh the whole page to see the folder created on left pane.

My account is hacked ( I'm writing from another account) and someone is trying to access it despite me changing password multiple times.
I have 2FA enabled as well.
- The hacker was able to login to my email yesterday and has deleted all my emails
- I'm unable to get the emails back.
  Please help
