Microsoft 365 Calendar Won't Sync with iPhone or Webmail

I can tell you that I'm still trying to get Microsoft Support to take a look at this. So frustrating!

I'm told that the business/commercial side of MS is responsible for Exchange ActiveSync. I would really encourage you to reach out to them. In my opinion, the more of us the better.

Not yet. The folks at two Nerds-to-go stores are unable to solve it, as are the folks at an AT&T strore where I bought my iPhone. By the way, The contacts sync ok both ways. It's just the calendar. When I enter an event on my Office 365 calendar, it does not go to my iPhone 14 calendar. But when I enter an event on my iPhone 14 calendar, it does go to the Office 365 calendar just fine.

On my Office 365 calendar, there are three calendar "tabs".I don't know what to call them, as I am not a techie. The first says "Calendar - ******@jhdconsulting.com." (That's my email.) The second says "Calendar - iCloud." The third just says "Outlook."

Calendar - iCloud is synced with your phone using the iCloud add-in for outlook.

Calendar - email address is your default calendar. New items go here - but it does not sync. You need to move the events to the Calendar - iCloud for them to sync. Or create the items on the iCloud calendar.

Only the default calendar displays in the to-do bar - you need to look at the calendar to see appointments on the iCloud calendar.

I'm not sure on Calendar - it might be a subfolder in iCloud. You can find out one of two ways:

1. Right click on the Calendar, choose Properties then look in the location field on the tab that opens. It will have the parent folders path.

In this example, the Gmail calendar is a subfolder of my Calendar.

2. Look at the folder list - it will show all the data files and folders in your Outlook profile. Use Ctrl+6 to open the Folder list pane if the buttons are on the bottom. If your Outlook navigation buttons are in a vertical bar on the left, click the bottom icon in the vertical bar and choose Folder. (To switch back to the Mail pane, click the Mail button or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+1. )

I'm experiencing the same issue as you described above. I do not use an iCloud calendar.

If you are still having issues after reviewing what Diane has suggested, my suggestion would be to contact MS Support and have them assist you remotely to revert your MS 365 software to Version 2312 (Build 17126.20132). This version works just fine. No sync issues with email, calendar, contacts or task list. The issue started with subsequent updates.

After nine months you would think MS would get this issue fixed. Several MS customers/users are having the same issue. So frustrating to say the least.

I would be most interested in knowing how you make out.
