Not yet. The folks at two Nerds-to-go stores are unable to solve it, as are the folks at an AT&T strore where I bought my iPhone. By the way, The contacts sync ok both ways. It's just the calendar. When I enter an event on my Office 365 calendar, it does not go to my iPhone 14 calendar. But when I enter an event on my iPhone 14 calendar, it does go to the Office 365 calendar just fine.
On my Office 365 calendar, there are three calendar "tabs".I don't know what to call them, as I am not a techie. The first says "Calendar - *** Email address is removed for privacy ***." (That's my email.) The second says "Calendar - iCloud." The third just says "Outlook."
Dear Non-Techie,
I'm experiencing the same issue as you described above. I do not use an iCloud calendar.
If you are still having issues after reviewing what Diane has suggested, my suggestion would be to contact MS Support and have them assist you remotely to revert your MS 365 software to Version 2312 (Build 17126.20132). This version works just fine. No sync issues with email, calendar, contacts or task list. The issue started with subsequent updates.
After nine months you would think MS would get this issue fixed. Several MS customers/users are having the same issue. So frustrating to say the least.
I would be most interested in knowing how you make out.
Good luck!
Barry
