Good morning Dianne,
Hope you had a great long weekend.
Just following up on my 08/28th message. I can provide you with a number of screenshots to illustrate where I believe the sync issue exists. I'm not the only one experiencing this as I've seen a number of other MS customers/users post the same thing and obviously are as frustrated as I am.
An MS agent provided me with the "Business" link and suggested that I contact them as this business unit manages Exchange ActiveSync. I thought I was making some progress a few weeks ago based on the below email I received on 08/20th. However, just prior to submitting the case study, Adam advised he was not able to take this any further because I did not have a business account with MS and advised me to try again on the "Personal/Home" side. So disappointing to say the least. You can see the case number in the subject line.
YOU are my last hope to get this issue resolved so please stay connected with me.
Regards
Barry

HI Barry,
Hope you are doing well!
I have prepared the case study and discussed it already with my internal team, I will be further raising it with the back-end team from my end tomorrow. This process will take some time to complete as tomorrow the submission will happen and will be sent to review to the next team and the next team once approves the case study then it reaches the back-end engineers and hence it is a time-consuming process, and I do appreciate your patience working with me.
As I mentioned earlier that I will do my best to assist you in this situation and will take all necessary actions available in my scope.
Best regards
Adam Patel
