Microsoft 365 Calendar Won't Sync with iPhone or Webmail

Microsoft reported on February 29th that the connection issue for MS 365 using Exchange ActiveSync had been resolved.

I then changed my settings to allow for updates as I too had lost my Exchange connection. The update installed was 2402 (Build 17328.20162).

The update however, has now created an issue with the MS 365 calendar not syncing with my iPhone and Webmail. This only occurs when I'm using the MS 365 calendar on my laptop to add or change an event. The entry or change does not show up on my iPhone or webmail. However, when I use my iPhone calendar or Webmail calendar to create an event or change an event, it does show up in the MS 365 calendar on my laptop? Go figure.

I have deleted and set up my account on my iPhone. I have uninstalled MS 365 and reinstalled from my MS Account. The version reinstalled is 2401 (Build 17231.20236). No change.

I use Shaw/Rogers as my email provider.

Please help.

Thanks

Barry

    I downloaded from:

    https://github.com/aluxnimm/outlookcaldavsynchronizer/releases/download/v4.4.1/OutlookCalDavSynchronizer-4.4.1.zip

    You might find this useful:

Setting up Microsoft Outlook for Windows 2016 with CalDAV Synchronizer – Support | one.com

    • Do step 1
    • Skip step 2. It doesn't apply.
    • Do all the other steps to create a Calendar synchronization profile.
    • At step 7, for the DAV URL enter https://wm.shaw.ca and fill-in the rest of your user credentials.
    • Click the Test or Discover Settings button to verify your connection.
    • You should find that the DAV URL has expanded to something like https://wm.shaw.ca/dav/\*\*\*\*\*@shaw.ca/Calendar/
    • Click OK and you're done.
    • Repeat for Contacts if you want to sync those.
    • Repeat for Tasks if you want to sync those.

    Hi Jos,

I tried to connect and it didn't work.

Can you please provide me with the URL for the Cal/Dav link-download that you used.

    Thank you

    Barry

I should clarify that the CalDav Synchronizer worked only after changing my desktop Outlook profile to connect through IMAP. I have the plug-in syncing Calendar and Contacts to/from the wm.shaw.ca server.
