Force sync in OneDrive

Is there any way of forcing OneDrive to sync? Let's say a user uploads a document on one client, and user 2 wants to access that document immediately on his client, but onedrive haven't synced that folder yet.

Is there a way to force a manual sync? Ideally with like a .bat file or something that i can pin to the taskbar that the user can just click to run just to speed up the process

    Wow I am mesmerized by how user-unfriendly this product is coded. Super disapointed that my employer is forced into your ecosystem. I hope we will be freed one day from the shackles that are Microsoft ⛓️

    This way worked for me! Going to write a text file in the OneDrive so I dont have to look on internet everysingle time something doesnt sync (which is almost everytime).

    Found another way that involve erasing some temp files, dont remember which ones but:

    Windows + R

    Write: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\settings

    Erase something there...

    The folder nhiel listed is a sync folder not where the exe is located.

    Try typing in this:

    cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive

    then type in "onedrive.exe /sync

    if that doesn't work you need to find out where your onedrive is installed by hitting the windows key >>> type in onedrive >> select open file location >> right click on the highlighted file and select properties >> highlight everything in the target field minus the quotes then paste that after "cd" in the cmd window

    I get this as a return message:

    'onedrive.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.
