I have unexpected charge on my bank account from Aug-Oct once a month. I would like to know what this is and cancel it if necessary.
Hi. I need help with an unexpected charge on my account. I noticed that 139 dollars was taken from my bank account on 9 November 2024, supposedly for an office 365 subscription. however I currently don't have any active subscription with Microsoft. I'd like to understand why this charge occurred and a request a refund.
