Unexpected charge on my bank account

I have numerous charges on my debit card and have resulted in me closing 4 debits cards and now my bank will not issue me another one. I do not have an Xbox nor do I have children living at home no one has access to my debit cards and I have never purchased anything from Microsoft

I wasn’t expecting a charge in my card and I would like to get a refund.

I have another charge from Microsoft for 365.... what is going on...

I have been charged 89.99 for a digital game. My child has accidentally pressed the wrong buttons and purchased the game.

Will I be eligible for a refund on this?
