I am charged with some USD 97 equivalent of 3.472,00 Turkish Lira which is not something i have purchased for.

I was charged on my American Express card $21.95 on 10/17/24 and also charged on my Visa card 10/8/24 which is the CORRECT form of payment. Please issue a credit for the American Express charge. I don't have that card on file with Microsoft any longer so I don't know why this charge was posted.

Hello. There is an unexpected charge on my bank account for $19.99 on September 22nd and finalized September 23rd for some kind of 14 day trial for something I never purchased. I really like that removed from my account and refunded. Thank you.
