    The card used to buy the Xbox gamer package was stolen it belongs to my ex girlfriend she found out now I gotta refund the money back

    Hi,

    I’m contacting Xbox Support because my credit card is still being charged for a monthly subscription of Gamepass ultimate. This subscription is cancelled on the main account used and the other account that was subscribed no longer exists but I'm still being charged. I want to know how to cancel this automatic subscription and stop being charged monthly for something not even being used.
