On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

Seems like a common issue with Microsoft. I stopped the automatic renewal. I'll renew and hen stop it again so the second bill wont get charged.

I purchased a new computer on 1/7/2025 and wanted to download Office 365. I went online and paid by visa bank card. The charge has shown up double on my statement. i just want a credit for one of the duplicate charges

I bought a NewEgg computer for Christmas gift back in Oct. 2024. Purchased Window 365 along with Quicken. Went to activate 365 a week or 2 ago. Asked for Credit Card. Figured it for renewal. Everything is good. Get the reciept and print it out. Shows amount due now $0.00 then 73.84 each year. Starting may3 ,2026. Looks good then I see a charge on account Jan. 4 for $73.84. I used paypal account to pay with my card. No one wants to refund my money. Let me know.
I am charged double for my subscription.
On May 21st I was charged NOK 1199
for 1 year. In addition I am charged NOK 119 every month.
This can not be correct.
