On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

Hi, You can take the following actions to fix the multiple billing issue and ask for a credit for the duplicate charge: Examine your statement of charges: First, make sure that Microsoft really sent you two bills. In order to confirm that the same service was charged twice, review your billing statements from both March 8 and the current charge date. Speak with Microsoft Support here: Report the duplicate billing issue to Microsoft's customer assistance as soon as you can. Usually, their website or the dashboard of your Microsoft account have contact details. Give a detailed explanation of the circumstances, including the dates and amounts of the charges as well as any pertinent account information. Request a Refund: After getting in touch with Microsoft support, ask to have the $106.49 duplicate charge reversed. Give a clear explanation of how you were already charged for the same service on March 8 and attach any supporting paperwork or evidence you may have. Follow Up: To make sure your refund request is being handled, get in touch with Microsoft support again if needed after making it. For your records, keep a record of any correspondence or reference numbers you get throughout the return procedure. Keep an eye on your account: Make sure the refund is handled and applied to your account by keeping a watch on your Capital One card statement. It could take a few business days for refunds to show up, so be cautious yet patient. You should be able to fix the double billing issue and get a credit for the duplicate charge on your Capital One card by following these instructions and getting in touch with Microsoft's customer support immediately. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further help. Hello - I was billed twice for Microsoft 365, once through Apple and the second on my credit card directly through this website.

Apple denied my claims for a refund.

REFUND ME ASAP YOU GUYS SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUNDING CONSUMERS AND NOT SCAMMING THEM

It is absolutely unacceptable that Microsoft is operating this way. We have no recourse, and monies are just taken off our accounts with Microsoft not refunding or giving access to subscriptions already in place.

Can someone from Microsoft please explain.

I need help with 3 charges I discovered I had been auto billed for in 2024:

    1. I was billed $69.99 for Micro 365 for one PC in my home, on 1/20/24.
    2. I was then billed another $69.99 for same thing on 2/9/24
    3. I was again billed on 2/11/24 for $74.48.

This comes to a total of $214.46 for 2024 that I was billed and paid for.

Why was I billed 3 times for an annual fee for one home PC? I didn't authorize anything new or other devices.

Please advise on how to get this billing corrected? I don't want this to happen in 2025 again.

When I try to call your company to speak with a human, a recording will only provide this email address. I have tried numerous times to contact a live person and I am unable to get to even get a prompt to speak with a billing contact person.

I will also be taking this up with my credit card company to ensure this never happens again.

    Please advise
