On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

I was double billed on my 365 subscription, one bill for R1 099.00 went off my account on the 17 May 2024 and the amount R1 499.00 went off on the 28 June 2024.
How do I get my refund?
