On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

I followed the instructions, clicked the link to receive a phone call, and entered my phone number. Then, it gave me a red-lettered error message telling me to enter a valid phone number. So now what do I do?

I paid with a credit card. My card company wants me to mail all my records of transactions I have proof of charges and payments when I purchased my new computer. It's a pain l .. But l am going forward with it. Never did get to Microsoft. On a reply to the credit card company They said I must like 365 since I still am using it. I paid for it twice so hopefully I can use it until i get my card refund. Then I will drop it. done with them.

GOOD LUCK Hopefully you uses a Credit card. MS hides all contact info so no one can fight them.

Latest news is I am out my money! Credit card company states I didn't reply in time so case is closed. What a rip. Getting rid of MS going Google Docs. And time for new credit card company. I am in for class action law suit.
