I was double billed. How do I get a credit for that amount?

On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

    i activated my account today for 9.99, Microsoft actually charged me 5 times. I need a refund of 4 of those charges. $40.00. I dont understand how that happened,,,Please fix this.

    Seems to be a common problem. I contacted Credit card about double charge. PayPal bowed down to them. No Help. Don't have credit yet but kicker is couldn't access my 365 account yesterday so I am thinking I am locked out now. What ****. Time will tell.

    I was billed twice for my Microsoft 365 Home account on February 8, 2025 and February 9, 2025. Why??? I expect you to credit my March payment with one of the February payment you took out. It reflects on my bank statement. You need to have people in your accounting department to be attentive to what they are doing with people's money. Others will feel like you are scamming them for double payment. Again, I will not pay for March since I will be having you credit that month with one of the 2 payments you deducted!!!
