You would have to call Capital and open a fraud claim. Tell them that it was an unauthorized transaction.

On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

I knew because I was getting billed the exact amount twice, either on the same date or few days later.
We have the same issue we were billed the first time on 02/05/2025 and the second invoice went off on Invoice Date In UTC 14/05/2025 and the first invoice was in rands then the second one was billed in USD there doesn't seem to be a way to tell whether it was fraud or MS debited twice. please assist
I had to call my bank to reimburse the extra payments. Because Microsoft only showed that I had 1 subscription. The bank told me to go to my branch and cancel my bank card and get a new one. Then I cancelled my Microsoft account and when my subscription was over I opened a new account. So now it seems corrected.
Good Afternoon,
I was charged doubled for your Microsoft product. Once on 4/18/2025 and again on 4/17/2025.
It states on my statement, Microsoft* 36 Redmon WA 4021 and Miscrosoft 36 MSBill info WA.
I would like to be credit for one of the charges.
