On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

double billing
I have two charges on the same date for the same thing. I need a credit for one. Based on the posting, it may have been caused by hitting back on the browser. Nonetheless, I'd like a credit. Since I am billed monthly, could make the next payment.

You charged me $106.99 and received payment from my debit card ending # 1693 expiring on 04/28/2024 on 5/20/2024. but yet you state that I still owe you that amount?? Something is wrong on your end that you are not recognizing the payment. My bank shows that the process was completed.
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!
