On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

Ooooh my goodness! I will have to get my kids or grandkids to help me do THIS!=(
It took me about 5 months but finally got it. I used my credit card when I purchased the computer from NEW EGG. Went PayPal using credit card. PayPal was no help. Lots of calls to Master Card. MS said I must be happy since I was still using it. WRONG.
Kept after credit card. Sent them all my documents from when I purchased it. Scanned 13 pages showing when I purchased and the activation of 365, Finally MC accepted the fact that I was right. What a hassel.
GOOD LUCK
