On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

I made a double payment last July, one payment was made on the 6th July and another on the 13th, please let me know whether the payment made on 13 July can be my renewal payment.
This amount was billed to ******@clotheslinesletterboxes.com.au in May, 2024, and paid on May9, 2024, with A card ending in 0656. It is now not due again in August, but has been billed to ******@clotheslinesletterboxes.com.au.
It is the same account.

I received the following message after signing in for my subscription to the MS 365 family.
Starting Saturday, April 19, 2025, PayPal will automatically charge AUD 139.00, including taxes, for every year.
I was charged again to install the same product on my wife's laptop. She is a user in my family on the same laptop, just a different user. We are supposed to be able to add several users for the same subscription. On the second occasion, I was prompted to pay again. I tried everything to figure out what the problem was. Eventually, I took the option of going through PayPal, thinking that this would simply verify that I had already paid. However, our bank statement shows that we were charged twice. I do not want to have to go to PayPal to have this payment dishonoured. Please sort this situation out. I am not very computer literate and do not understand why this has happened.
The second payment was taken out in May or June, and it was done on my wife's email, which is ******@hotmail.com.
Hi,
I was billes in both my name -Gary Lewis- on 9th May 2024 for $139.00. This was charged to my Credit Card ending in 0656.
Our business name is OZ Clotheslines & Letterboxes.
The account is not due until August 2024 in this name. Could we please merge it into one account and receive a refund for the above amount, as the correct bill will be paiod when due in August. It is either in our business name or Bronwyn Mackereth, my business partner.
