On March 8, 2024 to gain access into my desktop it was stated that I needed to pay for my Microsoft service which had lapsed. At that time I was charged $79.43 which I placed on my capital one card.. Today I received a charge from Microsoft for the same service to the same address and devices in the amount of $106.49. If I had already paid, why am I being billed again 13 days later? I would like to have , the $106.49 credited back to my Capital One card. How do I go about that that?

double billing
I have two charges on the same date for the same thing. I need a credit for one. Based on the posting, it may have been caused by hitting back on the browser. Nonetheless, I'd like a credit. Since I am billed monthly, could make the next payment.
You charged me $106.99 and received payment from my debit card ending # 1693 expiring on 04/28/2024 on 5/20/2024. but yet you state that I still owe you that amount?? Something is wrong on your end that you are not recognizing the payment. My bank shows that the process was completed.
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!
Hi,
I was charged three times for two windows pro upgrades. I needed an upgrade for my desktop and one for my laptop.
Can you issue a credit for the 3rd charge $99 plus tax to my AMEX
I found out I was beating on the wrong door. When you (I) purchase a game for XBOX there is a site on Microsoft where all your purchases are listed. There is an opportunity to dispute charges which I have done and have received a speedy refund.
