I am being charged monthly for a 14 day microsoft trial ($16.89). What is this and why is it not showing up on my Microsoft account?

The charges are for their gaming subscription service called XBOX GAME PASS ULTIMATE. So at some point in time, maybe you gifted it to a child and never turned off auto-renewal. You can cancel/turn it off on this screen.

Microsoft Account > Services and Subscriptions > Manage > Cancel Subscription.

If it isn't under your email, it will be a family members Microsoft email that you will have to check. (I had to log into my son's Microsoft email)

exactly the same situation, cant find my account snd card ite linked too, **** is this **** fr just got robbed 21.95 from unknown gimme money back, that was needed
