How to fix Scheduling poll Issue?

Recently started using scheduling poll after Find Time was removed from Outlook. As someone who sends the poll, the process is a little lengthy and annoying, but otherwise--seems to provide me with the same things Find Time (i.e. notifications when people vote and quick scheduling option). My issue has to do with the users of the poll who are unable to vote as needed.

I was informed recently by a user who voted on a poll that when they clicked the link to vote, they were brought randomly to an outlook inbox and the poll was nowhere to be found. I had them do this in front of me and it did seem to just pull up an inbox in OWA, but no poll was found. This individual is using a mac; however, that is all the information I have regarding their device.

I cannot begin to trouble shoot this because I can't understand what is re-routing them to an inbox.

    Have you tried removing the authentication part in the options?

    If you don't force users to authenticate, you/they can open an incognito tab in the browser. It will ask you who you are and you can vote for them.

    It doesn't work for me because as I said, when my polls are broken they are completely f.up. but I've read in multiple forums that the incognito workaround works for many people.

    Just an idea.

    I wish my issues were all or nothing. As it stands, since I can see/edit the poll, I have no way of knowing which participants will have trouble on their ends. I wish there was a way for me to enter votes for people so that, even if they can't complete the poll, I can have their feedback in the final group somehow...

    Oh. I'm sorry to hear that.

    In my case not even I can edit the poll in any way.

    When they are wrong, I can't vote, I can't remove or add times, nor can I change attendees. Sometimes I can't even access them on the dashboard and I'm forced to use the vote button to even see it.

    When they are wrong they are really wrong and the only part that works is cancelling the poll. However if I can access them at least once, then they are fine for me and everybody invited.

    So, again, not a fix, but a validation, that, at least in my case, works

    I can always access/ view/ and edit my polls, but my participants may or may not be able to vote on their end. So, I don't think this is a reliable "fix."

    I have the same issue and it happens for no reason. Some polls work, some doesn't.

    What I do is to create the poll or reply with a poll, pick the options and attendees and just before sending I make sure I can go to the poll using the buttton "view your poll" and then I make any change, like moving one attendee from optional to required or remove an extra time option. If I can go to the poll and change something I know it was created correctly. If not I cancel the f* thing and start over.

    This is no fix, but at least you know people will be able to vote when you really send your email.

    This happen to me at least 1 in 10 polls. Searching the internet you can tell thousands of people in corporate environments (not free customers) are having the same issue for several years now and MS has not fixed it yet.
