How to fix Scheduling poll Issue?

Recently started using scheduling poll after Find Time was removed from Outlook. As someone who sends the poll, the process is a little lengthy and annoying, but otherwise--seems to provide me with the same things Find Time (i.e. notifications when people vote and quick scheduling option). My issue has to do with the users of the poll who are unable to vote as needed.

I was informed recently by a user who voted on a poll that when they clicked the link to vote, they were brought randomly to an outlook inbox and the poll was nowhere to be found. I had them do this in front of me and it did seem to just pull up an inbox in OWA, but no poll was found. This individual is using a mac; however, that is all the information I have regarding their device.

I cannot begin to trouble shoot this because I can't understand what is re-routing them to an inbox.

Microsoft can make simple things screwed up - sadly so many universities and companies have been adopting officde365 and products with bad results in my opinion. Microsoft screws things up regularly. They do not give us the choice of how we want to work with the tools, but in the way they think you should use it. For example I would like to separate my calendar (want it on outlook) and prefer another email tool - but a few years ago Microsoft decided that people can use both calendar and mail on outlook or nothing. They could not choose to use either calendar or mail alone.... Way to go Microsoft.

With so many of us piling on here, any chance someone from Microsoft will look into this? Currently, I think many of us are questioning the adoption of the MS 365 suite at our organizations.

I am noticing a persistent issue now too. I have different Microsoft accounts (because of work and school), and I am unable to access the scheduling dashboards for all accounts except one. Each time I click to view a poll I created from a specific account, I get looped to the dashboard of another account.

I wish MS will just add an app or button that directly displays your dashboard instead of having to go through the invites you sent or your calendar.

I have received a reply; however, I was told to advise the voter to vote in incognito mode to ascertain whether the issue was with their particular browser. Since that time, I have had other issues occur where votes are sent to poll where the screen is entirely green.

I'm at a loss as to what the issue is with this new software.
