Excel won't print more than one copy

I just downloaded MS Office 365 for Mac. Excel will not let me print more than one copy of a spreadsheet. I spent time on the phone with Canon trying to resolve the issue (I have Canon printers). It is not a Canon issue (they said). Note: I can print as many copies as I want from Word documents. Also, I had no issue with printing multiple copies from Excel Office 2016 for Mac on my older MacBook. The issue seems to be with 365.
On another note: Word 365 messed up a nearly 300 page document I opened from Office 2016. The pagination (formatting or something) is all different. Which, wouldn't be a problem, except that I'm still printing section by section as we go through it and now the page numbers don't align). Though, I can print as many copies as I want, even from this document - just not from Excel.

That's my problem exactly. Pdf's print fine. I can even print on my home Canon printer multiple copies, just not on the one at work. Not sure why. I've given up momentarily on trying to find a solution. I hadn't yet deleted my printer, but when I installed it with a different driver as a separate printer - it had the same issue. So, I doubted that deleting my printers would help. Maybe eventually someone can figure it out.

2024-01-12T16:58:28+00:00 I have the same problem - I have uninstall/reinstalled the printers but no luck.
I can print multiple copies if I save as PDF and then print using Preview. But this is a lot of extra steps.

I have several printers installed which I would have to reinstall, plus I have customized printing presets which I would lose if I reset my printers. On top of all of this, I already had Canon install a new printer, with a different (more up to date) driver, and it has the same problem as the other one. So I really doubt that this is the issue. I am hesitant to put myself through the work of reinstalling my printers and customizing them just to see if it will work. Especially when I can print just fine from other apps and even from Word!
