I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    I am trying to find out why I am being charged a monthly fee after purchasing Microsoft office home for my new hard drive? I have never authorized anything to be charged to my account on a monthly basis. This has been occurring since July 2024 , but for some reason was skipped in October n has started up again,?
