phone number to speak to a real person

I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    My address book has been compromised in Comcast. Sending emails asking for a reply to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. That is a scam email alias. My valid alias is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for Ellen Smith Dockter. When replying to me also respond to ******@comcast.net. I am on my work computer and should have intitiated this action from my personal.
