phone number to speak to a real person

How can i recover one off my outlook account I made this account few month ago for my cousin so he couldn’t play ps5 when he bought one unfortunately when i created the account I didn’t put phone number because my phone number was already used on my account and I couldn’t put his phone number at the time. I forgot my password for the account and I don’t no the password I used that why I click forget password on the option but you guys are asking me in the option what password have I used. The point is I don’t remember the password. I need to get access to that account because I can’t access the ps5 account either so in order to reset the password on ps5 I would need to access the outlook email it’s frustrating as I would prefer to speak to someone and revolve my issue please

many answers to my question but no one will help me with this problem. I have been a customer of MSN forever and received my outlook emails on my phone. Since I got a new phone I cannot receive them. Several years ago I bought a new computer and rather than a password they required a pin number for Microsoft. When I got my new phone on Nov 11 2024 they required a password. I gave them my old password which you would not accept. I then gave them forgotten passwords and you would not accept them.

You posted my phone number as the old phone number I had and replaced years ago. Then you sent me codes. By the time I retreated the code and got back to the site. It was to late and you kept sending me codes which I could not use, because I could not go back on my phone to the site and had to create a new site which would me a new code.

This been miserable for me. I am 81 have 3 brain tumors and other disabilities and have been your customer since computer became available. When I call your support numbers which you supply I get scammers. I give up.
