I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    I need to talk to someone I can’t get into my account and I need to stop my payments I can’t get in and I don’t want to do it on line I’m going around in circles
