I wrote to your hdqrs. I bought a new phone on Nov 10th. When I tried to get my email accepted they wanted my password. several years ago I bought a new computer and instead of my password you wanted a password which I provided. With my phone I gave you my last password which you did not accept nor my forgotten passwords. You provided my phone which I switched when I moved to Charlotte County Fl many years ago and I could not edited it to my current phone number which I used to get my outlook mail on my previous phone. I tried so many times you blocked me as if I was a criminal stating so many attempts meant the wrong person was trying to get into my account with you. I called a number that your web site said it was a MSN support number. That persons name was Peter and he told me he was in Delaware. He kept me on the phone for 2 hours and had me go on my computer which he took control of telling me of all the problems. Finally told him I never had a problem with my Dell computer and I need him to solve the email problem on the phone and he said he would. Then suddenly a request for $1,000 came up om my computer. I immediately told him this was a scam and then he offered to lower the price to $200.00, I hung up the phone and shut down the computer. I need your help here and can not get it. I am 81 years old with 3 brain tumors and other disabilities. Yet you not allow me to speak with one of your real reps.
If you refuse I will send a copy of my letter to the BBB and all newsletters that are sent to internet users. Like I said I have with you since
computers became available and never would have expected this from MSN a company located in Redmond WA, with 45 buildings and 45,000 employees.
