I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

for a world wide company, customer service/support is very poor-you are on your own
shared member on 365 is locked out of the account.
Can't get my e mail's Google etc. because I don't know my password I've tried changing my password but with no luck can you help please I'm 88 and people have tried to help me with no luck
