I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

A scammer had locked my computer so I could not access the site that I was directed to by Microsoft. As a result, I was scammed out of nearly $800.
