I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

im trying to change my Email address password but no matter how much i try its not letting me so im asking why the hell you keep changing how things work with out letting up know its annoying my Email address is irish_******@live.co.uk
