I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

why can I login to your homepages everywhere but when I want to work in Word I cant login .... this is really awful and noone of you can help because your customer service is only some AI girl which cant connect me to you. Contact me immidiately so I can work on my documents ! I have paid you 120 Euro for like nothing now?
