Hello - I have switched phone # and forgot my email password.
I am still using my email on my old phone but would like to have access on my new phone. I have tried resetting my password but failed online. I need help to resolve this issue.

Microsoft, I am Sean from Singapore,13 years old to be exact and I really hope you could help me with this problem that I have been facing. I have family group which contains both my main account and my alternate account. I remembered my main account's password, but my alternate account which is the on host the family group, now cannot be accessed as I forgot both email and password. If possible, I do wish if you could retrieve the email and password for my alternate account because I have games that are multiplayer like Minecraft and etc. that could not be played on multiplayer mode. The other way of soling this problem may be by just helping me get out of the group as I do not really need my alternate account. Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I really hope you could do something about it.
