I was hacked on August 13th by Instagram, I tried in every way to get in touch with you, but without success.
They hacked my Netflix account through my email ****otmail.com, this email is what I always worked with, I had to change everything to recover my netflix account, but I had no support from you to protect my accounts, I made a police report, I sent several emails to warn that they hacked me and no response. Today to my surprise my facebook account that I have for years was suspended, certainly used by hakeas. Besides you not giving us any support, you also don't protect us, I need my accounts back, because my photos and my family are all on my facebook and instagram. If I don't have help or response from you, I will file a lawsuit to recover my accounts and ask for damages for using my accounts that would actually have to be protected by you!
