I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

I need help with Microsoft I been hacked and I called earlier to speak to someone in Microsoft, but they was trying to get into my bank account so I need to speak to a live agent who is with Microsoft real person with Microsoft no scams please phone number is <<PII removed>>. Call me please I need help to revive my computer. I did a factory reset but it’s still not working right

hello my acount and email has been hacked i dont know how to get it back i am using a alternative email as im logged onto the email on my phone but the guy changed my passwoed and safe email without me knowking or getting a notification.
