I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

I need your help. My hotmail account is compromised and has been blocked. i have tried to submit several recovery form with no success.
I was locked out of my account some time back due to failed logins. It just happened suddenly. The Microsoft form where it asks various questions inc. what e mails were sent via the email, what you sent and so on is a complete failure. No human looks at those i'm sure.
All I need is to reset the password and they are making it impossible. Any ideas ?
