I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    The phone number you have listed is my land line home phone. I do not have a cell phone and you guys want to text me with a verification code.

    Home phone and land line do not except texts. I would like someone to call this number with a code for verification.
