phone number to speak to a real person

I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

    I RECEIVED A SECURITY ALERT FROM MICROSOFT THAT SOMEONE MAY HAVE ACCESSED MY ACCOUNT. I TRIED TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD HOWEVER THE PROCESS REQUIRED ME TO OBTAIN A CODE SENT TO MY PHONE WITH THE LAST 2 DIGETS 44. THIS IS NOT MY PHONE NUMBER.
