I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

I was in my account and tried to change my email address. I have been unable to get in my account since. they send a code to my old email address which I can not receive since I no longer have access to that email. when I put my old email in it won't let me get in my account either.
I have a Portable Storage device with email files / Outlook files on it. Now I want to move the information on the Portable Storage device to be moved back onto my computer.
Please respond with a phone number so I may speak with someone who can help me complete this task.
