I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

I can get pc to sign on to any web site including Microsoft. I need you to call me

the trouble shooting section claims removing an email account from Outlook doesn't delete it. Yet when I try to retrieve the account, Microsoft tells me the account no longer exist. I removed a hotmail account and now it's been deleted. I get the reserved domain thing therefore it's can't be accessed or something like that.
I have tried to log on to outlook.com for the last few days no luck!
