phone number to speak to a real person

I wanted to remove the Hotmail account from my Outlook because the amount of spam it was getting was insane. I had also created a new one and added it to Outlook. Even though I made the new one the primary account, it wouldn't let me delete or remove it without removing the other Microsoft Exchange account. So I removed both and after that I was not longer able to access the one getting all the spam. It claimed it as a reserved domain or already in use by another account.

I just wanted to talk to Microsoft Rep which I did once years ago. Now it's like not even possible.

I remember a few years ago talking to an actual rep but now it's all online Q&A and "hope this answers your question. When in turn it doesn't. IT's pretty much next to impossible to talk to a real person with that multi billion dollar company. I get told that removing an email from Outlook won't delete it. Well it deleted and according to the main Microsoft site, it no longer exists. Yet they say after one year of no activity the account will be closed. So my Hotmail account that one site that I used for it is not longer accessible.

Om 30th August I needed to speak to a person from Microsoft because I had clicked on what I thought was a safe post on Facebook.. It was about Bee Sting venom for pain relief.

A message popped up saying Microsoft had frozen my screen and to phone an 03 number listed. Instead I rang the Microsoft number I had rung over the years, and instead of a person, got directed to a link]

All great, but laptop frozen.

I searched on my phone and first company listed as Microsoft Support was V4IT. Did a quick check and they had an ABN

Yes, they were scammers, and unfortunately, I allowed them access to my computer.

If I had been able to speak to a real person on my normal contact number, I would not have been scammed out of nearly
