I have questions that aka.ms/pwr does not answer. All my attempts to get connected with a live rep has been rerouted. This is extremely frustrating. What phone number will get me a live rep?

Hi, I’ve got an account Microsoft 365. I’ve just changed my iPad to a new one for some reason. I can’t open any document every time I go to Word is giving me to register for Microsoft Office but I’m already a member when I login is saying it does not recognise my, my login cannot be found please help me
