Reverting Aptos +body/+headings font back to Calibri, or using any other font

At some point in the last couple of days, the default +body/+headings font on my copy of Office 365 changed to the Aptos font. I honestly find it a bit hard to read, and I'd rather choose my default body font from a choice of whatever fonts I have installed. Failing that, I'd take Calibri again. The Aptos font reminds me a lot of

Since this affects all Office products, I can't say go into Outlook and change the stationery fonts; this doesn't impact the Reading Pane. It also wouldn't impact say Word, where I'd have to come up with my own document template to override the change. It doesn't seem to be a registry edit or template file edit, either. Is there a spot that the Aptos font can be changed?

In Excel, go to File > Options > General and choose the desired font and size. The new defaults apply to future documents that you create. You can choose a specific font name or you can have Excel inherit the font from the current theme, which is what happens if you leave "Body Font" selected in the Use this as the default font box.

This is not working for my future documents. It still came out the same. Please help!!

The requirement is that you crate a new, blank Excel workbook, for example by pressing Ctrl+N in Excel.

If you start with a workbook that has already been saved and then save it under a new name via File > Save As, the font won't adjust to the new default.

The plan is to disrupt normal small business operations. It malicious and malevolent.

Even after setting default font to Calibri in the Excel options, the aptos font is automatically applied to an inserted scatter plot.

I have made numerous complaints and offered numerous suggesting in the feedback.

I am logging all the time lost dealing with this stupid **** font and will be billing MSFT for lost time.

This is why I hate Microsoft and all its products. I didn't ASK for this change -- and the absurd default paragraph spacing -- and it seriously pisses me off to have it imposed on me.
